手术室护理中建立亲情护理服务模式在股骨骨折患者护理中的意义

摘要

目的 分析手术室护理中建立亲情护理服务模式在股骨骨折患者护理中的意义。方法 该研究总共纳入100例试验对象，均是2024.01月至2025.01月到医院行手术治疗的股骨骨折患者，按照Excel对纳入患者随机排序1~100号，单数序列患者纳入对照组中（归类到该组的患者均进行手术室常规护理，n=50），双数序列患者纳入试验组中（归属于该组的患者均进行手术室亲情护理服务模式，n=50）。对比两组的心理应激、髋部疼痛、关节功能及生活质量。结果 试验组较对照组，其焦虑评分、抑郁评分及髋部疼痛评分更低，关节功能评分及生活质量评分更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在股骨骨折患者手术治疗环节中辅助运用手术室亲情护理服务模式，可减轻心理应激反应和髋部疼痛程度，改善髋关节功能和生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the significance of the establishment of affectionate nursing service model in operating room nursing in the care of patients with femur fracture.
Methods a total of 100 test subjects were included in the study, all of whom were patients with femur fracture who came to the hospital for surgical treatment from 2024.01 to 2025.01, and the included patients were randomly sorted from No. 1 to No. 100 according to Excel, and the patients with odd-numbered sequences were included in the control group (patients categorized in this group were subjected to the routine nursing care in the operating room, n=50), and the patients with even-numbered sequences were included in the experimental group ( All patients categorized to this group underwent operating room intimate care service model, n=50). Psychological stress, hip pain, joint function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
Results The experimental group had lower anxiety scores, depression scores and hip pain scores, and higher joint function scores and quality of life scores than the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of the operating room affectionate care service model assisted in the surgical treatment session of femur fracture patients can reduce the psychological stress reaction and the degree of hip pain, and improve the function of the hip joint and the quality of life.
