终末期肾病患者的家庭护理的应用研究进展

摘要

终末期肾病为肾脏疾病中最常见类型，该部分患者肾脏功能损伤较为严重，已经无法满足机体代谢等功能需求。按照血液透析的方式对该部分患者进行治疗为当前临床对终末期肾病患者主要措施，可以起到对患者血液中代谢废物进行清理的目的。但透析治疗周期较长，为综合保障对终末期肾病患者的治疗效果，在患者居家治疗期间需准确开展各方面护理指导，帮助患者保持良好遵医行为以及健康生活习惯，避免因患者自身不合理护理措施影响到恢复。

Abstract

End-stage renal disease is the most common type of kidney disease. The renal function of these patients is severely damaged and can no longer meet the body's metabolic and other functional needs. Treating these patients in the form of hemodialysis is the main clinical measure for end-stage renal disease patients at present, which can clear the metabolic waste in the patient's blood. When the dialysis treatment cycle is long, in order to comprehensively guarantee the treatment effect of patients with end-stage renal disease, it is necessary to accurately carry out various aspects of nursing guidance during the patient's home treatment to help patients maintain good medical compliance and healthy living habits, and avoid the patient's own unreasonable nursing measures affecting recovery.
