Application of programmed nursing management in reducing stress injury in operating room
程序化护理管理在减少手术室压力性损伤中的应用

摘要

目的 分析程序化护理管理在减少手术室压力性损伤中的应用效果。方法 选择我院手术治疗患者作为分析目标，纳入时间为2024年9月1日到2024年12月31日，将1580台手术患者用随机数字表法分组，对照组和观察组各790例患者，对照组采用常规护理管理，观察组运用程序化护理管理，统计两组患者术后压力性损伤发生情况，并进行护理效果差异分析。结果 两组患者术后压力性损伤1期、2期、3期、4期发生率存在差异，观察组患者要低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者术后疼痛评分显示，观察组患者术后1d、3d均低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论 临床应用程序化护理管理，可以大幅提升护理质量，有助于减少手术室压力性损伤的发生，以及降低患者的术后疼痛，该护理模式值得推广借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of programmed nursing management in reducing pressure injuries in the operating room.
Methods Patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the analysis targets, with the inclusion period from September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. A total of 1580 surgical patients were divided into groups using the random number table method, with 790 patients in each of the control group and the observation group. The control group received conventional nursing management, while the observation group was managed with programmed nursing management. The occurrence of postoperative pressure injuries in both groups was statistically analyzed, and the differences in nursing effects were compared.
Results There were differences in the incidence rates of stage 1, 2, 3, and 4 pressure injuries postoperatively between the two groups, with the observation group having lower rates than the control group (P < 0.05). The postoperative pain scores of the two groups showed that the observation group had lower scores on the 1st and 3rd days postoperatively compared to the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of programmed nursing management in clinical practice can significantly improve the quality of nursing, help reduce the occurrence of pressure injuries in the operating room, and alleviate postoperative pain for patients. This nursing model is worthy of promotion and reference.
