Analysis of nursing intervention based on APACHE II on cardiac function and nursing effect of emergency severe coronary heart disease patients
基于APACHE Ⅱ的护理干预对急诊重症冠心病患者心功能及护理效果分析

摘要

目的 冠心病作为一类常见的心血管疾病，其急性发作常伴随着严重的心脏功能损害，对患者的生命健康构成巨大威胁，如何精准评估患者状况并实施有效干预，一直是医护人员关注的重点，因此本文探析基于APACHE Ⅱ的护理干预对急诊重症冠心病患者心功能及护理效果。方法 对我院收治的急诊重症冠心病患者进行深入研究，对比常规护理和基于APACHE Ⅱ的护理干预的两组患者应用效果。结果 观察组心功能各项指标均优于对照组，而并发症发生率明显降低，P＜0.05，组间存在对比性。结论 基于急性生理与慢性健康状况评分的护理干预，在急诊重症冠心病患者的护理中具有显著的优势和重要的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective As a common cardiovascular disease, acute attacks of coronary heart disease are often accompanied by severe cardiac dysfunction, posing a huge threat to the life and health of patients. How to accurately assess the patient's condition and implement effective interventions has always been a focus of attention for medical staff. Therefore, this article explores the nursing intervention based on APACHE II on the cardiac function and nursing effect of emergency severe coronary heart disease patients.
Methods An in-depth study was conducted on emergency severe coronary heart disease patients admitted to our hospital, comparing the application effects of conventional nursing and APACHE II based nursing interventions in two groups of patients.
Results All indicators of cardiac function in the observation group were superior to those in the control group, while the incidence of complications was significantly reduced, P＜0.05， There is comparability between groups.
Conclusion   Nursing interventions based on acute physiology and chronic health status scores have significant advantages and important application value in the nursing of emergency severe coronary heart disease patients.
