目的 ①营造温馨的手术环境：通过设置合理的布局、提供舒适的座椅、播放轻松的音乐等措施，营造温馨、舒适的手术环境。②提供个性化的护理服务：根据患者的年龄、文化背景、手术类型等因素，为患者提供个性化的护理服务。方法 定期开展医护人员的培训和教育，提高医护人员的专业素质和服务意识。结果 ①提高患者满意度：实施人性化服务后，患者对护理工作的满意度明显提高，投诉率降低。②降低医疗风险：通过加强医护人员的沟通和协作，医患关系得到改善，医疗纠纷发生率降低。③提高护理质量：人性化服务的实施，使护理人员更加注重患者的需求和感受，护理质量得到显著提高。结论 人性化服务在手术室护理中的应用具有重要的价值、目的和方法。通过实施人性化服务，可以提高患者的满意度、降低医疗风险、提高护理质量，从而促进手术患者的康复。

Abstract

Objective ①To create a warm surgical environment: By setting up a reasonable layout, providing comfortable seating, playing relaxing music, and other measures, a warm and comfortable surgical environment is created. ②To provide personalized nursing services: Personalized nursing services are provided to patients based on factors such as age, cultural background, and type of surgery.
Methods Regular training and education for medical staff are carried out to improve their professional quality and service awareness.
Results ①Improved patient satisfaction: After implementing humanized services, patient satisfaction with nursing work significantly increased, and the complaint rate decreased. ② Reduced medical risks: Through strengthened communication and collaboration among medical staff, the doctor-patient relationship improved, leading to a decrease in the incidence of medical disputes. ③Improved nursing quality: The implementation of humanized services has made nursing staff pay more attention to the needs and feelings of patients, resulting in a significant improvement in nursing quality.
Conclusion   The application of humanized services in operating room nursing has significant value, purpose, and methods.
