Application effect of humanized nursing in non-invasive ventilators for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
人性化护理在慢阻肺无创呼吸机中应用效果

摘要

目的 探究人性化护理在慢阻肺无创呼吸机中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年8月-2023年8月于我院进行慢阻肺无创呼吸机治疗的80例患者作为观察对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组于观察组各40例。对照组采取常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上采取人性化护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理后观察组患者血气指标水平显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；而且护理后观察组患者的心理状态评分均要低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在慢阻肺无创呼吸机治疗中，人性化护理展现出不菲的应用价值，它不仅能够显著调节患者血气指标，而且还能够改善患者心理状态，促使其积极配合治疗，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in non-invasive ventilators for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Methods 80patients who received non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the observation subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 740patients in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received humanized nursing intervention on this basis. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results After nursing, the blood gas index levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05); Moreover, the psychological state scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized nursing has shown significant application value in the non-invasive ventilator treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It can not only significantly regulate patients' blood gas indicators, but also improve their psychological state, promote their active cooperation with treatment, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
