摘要
目的 分析在门诊就诊患者中开展人文关怀护理的临床应用效果。方法 此次分析中筛选的病例为我院门诊就诊患者100例,分组运用随机数字表法分成50例观察组与50例对照组。对照组患者给予门诊常规护理,观察组开展人文关怀护理,对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组的护理服务质量以及患者就诊依从性与对照组比较均显著提高,就诊期间患者焦虑情绪明显轻于对照组,发生的护理不良事件和护患纠纷事件均少于对照组,最终获得的护理满意度高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 在门诊就诊患者中开展人文关怀护理,有助于显著提高护理服务的整体质量,增强患者就诊期间的身心舒适度以及配合度,有效降低护理过程中不良事件和医疗纠纷的发生率,并促进良好的护患关系的建立。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of humanistic care nursing in outpatient patients. Methods In this analysis, 100 cases were selected from the outpatients of our hospital, and were divided into 50 observation group and 50 control group by random number table method. The control group was given routine outpatient nursing, the observation group was given humanistic nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing service quality and patient compliance of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the anxiety of patients during the treatment was significantly lighter than that of the control group, the occurrence of adverse nursing events and nurse-patient disputes were less than that of the control group, and the final nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care and nursing in outpatient patients can significantly improve the overall quality of nursing services, enhance the physical and mental comfort and cooperation of patients during treatment, effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and medical disputes during nursing, and promote the establishment of a good nurse-patient relationship.
