Observation of the accountability system for holistic care in the perioperative period of patients with ureteral stones under the hierarchical management model
层级管理模式下责任制整体护理在输尿管结石患者围术期的观察

摘要

目的 研究对输尿管结石患者围术期采用层级管理模式下责任制整体护理的效果。方法 本研究以本院100名接受输尿管结石手术的患者作为研究样本，依据护理模式的不同，将这些患者随机划分为两个组别：对照组（50名患者，接受常规护理）与研究组（50名患者，采纳层级管理模式下责任制整体护理）。对这两组患者的护理效果进行了详尽且深入的对比分析。结果 与对照组相比，研究组的首次肛门排气、首次排便、开始离床活动的时间以及总住院时长均显著缩短。此外，研究组的并发症发生率也明显较低。这些差异在统计学上均达到了显著水平（P＜0.05）。结论 实施层级管理模式下责任制整体护理，对于降低输尿管结石手术患者的并发症风险、加速患者的康复进程具有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of the whole care of patients with ureteral stones in the perioperative period under the hierarchical management model.
Methods In this study, 100 patients who underwent ureteral stone surgery were randomly divided into two groups: control group (50 patients, receiving usual care) and study group (50 patients, adopting a hierarchical management model for responsible overall care) according to different modes of care. A detailed and in-depth comparative analysis of the nursing outcomes of these two groups was conducted.
Results The study group had significantly shorter reductions in first anal gas, first bowel movement, time to initiation of bed mobilization, and total length of hospital stay compared to the control group. In addition, the study group also had significantly lower complication rates. These differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of accountable holistic care under the hierarchical management model has a positive effect on reducing the risk of complications and accelerating the recovery process of patients undergoing ureteral stone surgery.
