摘要
目的 分析手术室系统化护理干预用于骨科手术中对降低病人术后感染率所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2024年1月-2025年1月本院接诊骨科手术病人（n=104）。试验组采取手术室系统化护理干预，对照组行常规护理。对比术后感染率等指标。结果 关于术后感染率：试验组1.92%，对照组15.38%，P＜0.05。护理质量：试验组高达（98.19±0.81）分，对照组只有（92.64±1.03）分，P＜0.05。SDS和SAS评分：干预后，试验组低至（29.04±4.03）分、（27.11±3.71）分，对照组高达（42.76±5.08）分、（41.93±4.19）分，P＜0.05。满意度：试验组96.15%，对照组82.69%，P＜0.05。结论 骨科手术病人用手术室系统化护理干预，术后感染率更低，护理质量更好，心态改善更加显著，满意度也更高。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of the systematic nursing intervention in orthopedic surgery to reduce the postoperative infection rate of patients. Methods Randomized receive orthopedic surgery patients from January 2024 to January 2025 (n=104). The experimental group adopted systematic nursing intervention in the operating room, and the control group performed routine care. Contrast the postoperative infection rate and other indicators. Results Regarding the postoperative infection rate: 1.92% in the test group, 15.38% in the control group, P <0.05. Quality of care: up to (98.19 ± 0.81) in the test group, and only (92.64 ± 1.03) in the control group, P <0.05. SDS and SAS scores: After the intervention, as low as (29.04 ± 4.03) and (27.11 ± 3.71) in the control group, and as high as (42.76 ± 5.08) and (41.93 ± 4.19) in the control group, P <0.05. Satisfaction: 96.15% in the test group and 82.69% in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion The systematic nursing intervention for patients with orthopedic surgery has lower postoperative infection rate, better nursing quality, more significant mental improvement and higher satisfaction.
