Effect of nursing evidence-based practice on medication compliance of community patients with multiple medications and chronic diseases
护理循证实践对社区多重用药慢性病患者服药依从性的影响

摘要

目的 为提高多重用药慢性病患者服药依从性，本课题将围绕护理循证实践在社区多重用药慢性病患者中的应用及效果进行分析论述。方法 研究时间跨度显示在2023年1月至2023年12月期间开展，纳入样本量80例均为该期间社区收治多重用药慢性病患者，将未实施前（2023.1月-2023.6月）作为对照组，将实施后（2023.7月-2023.12月）作为观察组，并对各组研究涉及数据指标进行收集记录，开展对比、分析，观察差异表现。结果 各组患者用药依从性数据、药物持有率、慢性病用药知识评分以及临床护理人员慢性病药物知识评分、执行率数据可见明显差异，相比对照组，观察组呈现较高优势性，P值均﹤0.05。结论 在社区多重用药慢性病患者中应用护理循证实践对患者服药依从性、慢性病用药知识方面的提升具有积极效果，并且可提高社区护理人员职业能力，为医疗事业发展起到良好推动作用，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective In order to improve the medication compliance of patients with multiple chronic diseases, this topic will analyze and discuss the application and effect of nursing evidence-based practice in community patients with multiple chronic diseases.
Methods The time span of the study was carried out from January 2023 to December 2,2023. The sample size was 80 patients with multiple chronic diseases treated in the community during this period. Before the implementation (2023.1-2023. June) as the control group, after the implementation (2023-2023. December) as the observation group, and the data indicators involved in each group were collected and recorded, compared and analyzed to observe the difference performance.
Results The medication compliance data, drug holding rate, chronic disease medication knowledge score, chronic disease drug knowledge score and execution rate data of clinical nursing staff were significantly different. Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a high advantage, and the P-value was 0.05.
Conclusion   The application of nursing evidence-based practice in community patients with multiple chronic diseases has a positive effect on the improvement of patients' medication compliance and chronic medication knowledge, and can improve the professional ability of community nursing staff, and play a good role in promoting the development of medical undertakings, which is worth promoting.
