摘要
目的 分析心理干预在减轻气管镜检查术后患者心理负担中的作用。方法 本次研究对象选取2023年1月至2025年1月期间在我院行气管镜检查术患者60例。分组运用随机数字表法，共分成观察组与对照组，每组中有患者30例。对照组行常规护理，观察组添加心理干预,将两组护理效果进行对比分析。结果 护理后两组间结果对比显示，观察组患者的焦虑情绪改善效果优于对照组,遵医行为与对照组相比明显提高，检查不良反应发生率低于对照组，最终患者生活质量评分和取得的护理满意度高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 将心理干预应用于气管镜检查患者管理中，可有效提升临床护理服务质量，增强患者的遵医行为和配合度，减轻患者的心理负担，从而能够提高检查安全性。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of psychological intervention in reducing the psychological burden of patients after bronchoscopy. Methods 60 patients underwent bronchoscopy in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025. The group was divided into random number table method, including observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group performed routine nursing, and the observation group added psychological intervention, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The comparison of the results between the two groups showed that the anxiety improvement effect of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, the compliance behavior was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and the final quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological intervention in the management of bronchoscopy patients can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing service, enhance patients' compliance behavior and cooperation, reduce the psychological burden of patients, so as to improve the safety of examination.
