The effect of mind-map-guided rehabilitation nursing on patients undergoing thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis surgery
思维导图引导的康复护理在胸腰椎骨结核手术患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 针对胸腰椎骨结核手术患者临床给予思维导图引导的康复护理的具体效果展开研究，并总结其应用价值。方法 选我院胸腰椎骨结核手术患者100例（2024年1月-2025年1月）参与本次研究，采用电脑随机均分的方式对患者分组，对参照组患者行常规护理，对研究组患者行思维导图引导的康复护理，总结护理效果，统计两组患者的疾病认知度、治疗依从性、自我护理能力、并发症发生率、护理满意度各项研究数据，并利用统计学工具进行组间数据对比分析。结果 经统计，两组疾病认知度对比，疾病认知度、病因认知度、症状认知度、治疗方法认知度各项评分均研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者治疗总依从率研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者自我护理能力得分，健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能各项评分均研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者发生的并发症总发生率研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者总护理满意率研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 胸腰椎骨结核手术患者临床给予思维导图引导的康复护理效果明显，能够提高患者疾病认知度，增强其治疗依从性，提高自我护理能力，进一步减少并发症的发生，效果获得患者满意，建议临床中广泛使用。

Abstract

Objective To study the specific effect of thoracolumbar tuberculosis surgery and summarize its application value.
Methods choose our hospital 100 patients of thoracolumbar bone tuberculosis surgery (January 2024-January 2025) to participate in the study, using computer random grouping of patients, the reference group of patients routine care, the study group patients mind mapping guide rehabilitation nursing, summarize nursing effect, statistics of the two groups of patients' disease awareness, treatment compliance, self care ability, complication rate, nursing satisfaction research data, and using statistical tools for comparative analysis of data between groups.
Results After statistics, when comparing the disease awareness between the two groups, the scores of disease awareness, etiological awareness, symptom awareness, and treatment method awareness in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The total compliance rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). The scores of patients' self-care ability, health knowledge level, self-concept, self-responsibility, and self-care skills were all higher in the study group than in the reference group (P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patient care in the study group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical rehabilitation care for patients with thoracolumbar bone tuberculosis surgery is obvious, which can improve patients' disease awareness, enhance their treatment compliance, improve self-care ability, further reduce the occurrence of complications, and satisfy the effect of patients. It is suggested to be widely used in clinical practice.
