Observation on the application effect of the concept of rapid recovery surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer
快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 浅析胃癌患者采用快速康复外科理念进行住院期指导，为患者围术期健康生活提供建议。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月收治的胃癌患者80例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用快速康复外科理念，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者术后康复用时短于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组术后并发症率低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对胃癌患者实施快速康复外科理念可促使患者早日康复，在提升患者生活质量方面也起到了辅助作用，该理念具有可行性，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To briefly analyze the use of the concept of rapid recovery surgery for hospitalization guidance of patients with gastric cancer and provide suggestions for patients' healthy life during the perioperative period.
Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. The control group adopted basic nursing; the observation group adopted the concept of rapid recovery surgery, and the clinical nursing effect was compared.
Results The postoperative rehabilitation time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05); in addition, the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Finally, the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of the concept of rapid recovery surgery for patients with gastric cancer can promote the early recovery of patients and also play an auxiliary role in improving the quality of life of patients. This concept is feasible and worthy of promotion.
