摘要
目的 分析多元化教学模式对护理实习生心理现状及影响因素。方法 本次研究对象选取2023年1月至2023年12月期间我院接收的护理实习生26名,通过随机数字表法将入选的实习生分成两组进行护理教学研究,组别类型为观察组与对照组,每组各有13例实习生。对照组实习生给予传统教学模式,观察组实习生采取多元化教学模式,将两组取得的教学效果进行对比分析。结果 两组最终结果比较后显示,观察组护理教学质量和实习生的学习积极性与对照组相比明显提升,实习生学习期间的焦虑情绪改善效果明显优于对照组,实习生的护理理论知识以及临床实践操作能力考核评分结果均高于对照组,最终实习生的风险识别能力、护患沟通能力、解决问题能力以及团队协作能力评分均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在临床护理实习生教学中开展多元化教学模式,可进一步提升临床护理教学质量,增强实习生的学习积极性,改善实习生的焦虑情绪,提高实习生临床护理综合能力。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the psychological status and influencing factors of diversified teaching mode on nursing interns. Methods Twenty-six nursing interns admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The selected interns were divided into two groups by random number table method for nursing teaching research. The group types were observation group and control group, with 13 interns in each group. The interns in the control group were given the traditional teaching mode, and the interns in the observation group were given the diversified teaching mode. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The final results of the two groups showed that the nursing teaching quality and the learning enthusiasm of the interns in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group. The improvement effect of the anxiety during the study of the interns was significantly better than that in the control group. The nursing theoretical knowledge and clinical practice operation ability assessment scores of the interns were higher than those of the control group. Finally, the interns' risk identification ability, nurse-patient communication ability, problem-solving ability and teamwork ability scores were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of a diversified teaching model in clinical nursing intern teaching can further improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching, enhance the learning enthusiasm of interns, improve the anxiety of interns, and improve the comprehensive clinical nursing ability of interns.
