Analysis of health care and nursing for elderly patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension
老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的保健护理分析

摘要

目的 分析老年糖尿病合并高血压患者应用保健护理的影响。方法 选取我院2024年1月-2024年6月期间收治的42例老年糖尿病合并高血压患者，根据患者入院时间将其交替分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者实施我院常规护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上实施保健护理。对比两组患者在经过护理干预后出院时的空腹血糖（FPG）、随机血糖（GLU）、收缩压（SP）、舒张压（DP）指标。结果 两组患者在经过我院治疗与护理干预后，血糖、血压、血脂指标均保持在正常值范围内，但观察组血糖、血压均低于对照组。结论 保健护理对于老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的各项指标均有更加积极的意义，能将患者的各项指标控制在更合理的范围内，有效的提高患者的治疗成功率，预防并发症的发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of health care on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.
Methods 42 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission. The control group was given routine nursing measures in our hospital, and the observation group was given health care based on the control group. The fasting blood glucose (FPG), random blood glucose (GLU), systolic blood pressure (SP) and diastolic blood pressure (DP) indexes of the two groups were compared after nursing intervention.
Results After treatment and nursing intervention in our hospital, blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid indexes in both groups remained within the normal range, but blood glucose and blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.
Conclusion   Health care has a more positive significance for the indicators of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension, which can control the indicators of patients in a more reasonable range, effectively improve the success rate of treatment of patients and prevent the occurrence of complications.
