Clinical study on the prevention and treatment of functional constipation in elderly patients with appropriate TCM nursing techniques
中医护理适宜技术防治老年患者功能性便秘临床研究

摘要

目的 研究老年功能性便秘患者采用中医护理适宜技术防治的临床效果。方法 现将我院2023年5月至2024年5月接收的老年功能性便秘患者80例作为研究对象，采取随机数字表法分成两组，共包括40例观察组与40例对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组开展中医护理适宜技术，分析对比两组取得的护理效果。结果 两组结果比较显示，观察组患者的便秘症状改善时间明显短于对照组，获得的护理治疗有效率显著高于对照组，护理治疗后复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将中医护理适宜技术应用于老年患者功能性便秘问题防治管理中，可尽早帮助患者改善便秘症状，提高治疗后的稳定性。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in elderly patients with functional constipation.
Methods now will our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 to receive elderly functional constipation patients with 80 cases as a research object, take random number table method is divided into two groups, including 40 cases of observation group and 40 cases of control group, control group give routine care, observation group to carry out traditional Chinese medicine nursing appropriate technology, analysis of the two groups of nursing effect.
Results The comparison of the two groups showed that the improvement time of constipation symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the effective rate of nursing treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate after nursing treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The application of appropriate TCM nursing technology to the prevention and management of functional constipation in elderly patients can help patients to improve constipation symptoms as soon as possible and improve the stability after treatment.
