Analysis of the effectiveness of applying evidence-based care in elderly hernia surgery patients
老年疝气手术患者应用循证护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在老年疝气手术患者中开展循证护理的临床应用效果。方法 此次研究中病例筛选2023年11月至2024年11月期间在我院接受手术治疗的老年疝气患者60例，分组采取随机数字表法，共分成30例观察组和30例对照组，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者给予循证护理，对比分析两种护理模式取得的效果。结果 两组最终结果比较显示，观察组的护理质量与对照组相比明显提高，患者的遵医行为评分高于对照组，患者焦虑情绪改善效果优于对照组，患者术后疼痛程度与对照组相比显著减轻，患者术后排气、下床活动和住院所用时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，最终患者生活质量与对照组相比显著提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对老年疝气手术患者及时开展循证护理干预，可使临床护理质量和患者的依从性得到进一步提升，提高手术效果及安全性，减轻患者的病痛折磨。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based care in elderly hernia surgery patients.
Methods the study case screening during November 2023 to November 2024 in our hospital surgery for elderly hernia patients 60 cases, group take random number table method, is divided into 30 cases of observation group and 30 control group, control group patients receive routine care, observation group patients give evidence-based care, comparative analysis of the effect of the two nursing mode.
Results The comparison of the final results of the two groups showed that the quality of care of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the patients 'compliance behavior score was higher than that of the control group, the patients' anxiety was better than that of the control group, the patients were significantly reduced, the postoperative exhaust, ambulation and hospitalization were shorter than that of the control group, and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. In the end, the quality of life of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Timely evidence-based nursing intervention for elderly hernia surgery patients can further improve the quality of clinical care and patient compliance, improve the surgical effect and safety, and reduce the pain and suffering of patients.
