PDCA循环管理方法对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术室护理质量提升的价值

摘要

目的 探究分析PDCA循环管理方法对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术室护理质量提升的价值。方法 选取2022年12月至2023年12月期间，院内耳鼻咽喉头颈外科接受手术的患者共100例，作为此次研究对象。其中2022年12月至2023年6月的50例患者为对照组，采用常规干预，2023年6月至2023年12月的50例患者为观察组，采用PDCA管理，对比两组手术室护理质量，风险事件发生率以及满意度。结果 观察组手术室护理质量以及满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05，观察组风险事件发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 PDCA循环管理可显著改善手术室护理质量，风险事件发生率以及满意度，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the value of PDCA cycle management method in improving the nursing quality of ear, nose, throat, head and neck surgery operating rooms.
Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent surgery in the Department of Internal Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgery at the hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 50 patients from December 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the control group and received routine intervention. 50 patients from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group and received PDCA management. The nursing quality, risk event incidence, and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The quality and satisfaction of nursing care in the operating room of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P＜0.05, The incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   PDCA cycle management can significantly improve the quality of operating room nursing, the incidence of risk events, and satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application.
