Study on the importance of gynecological nursing in the preoperative preparation of patients with uterine fibroids
妇科护理在子宫肌瘤患者术前的准备工作中的重要性研究

摘要

目的 探讨妇科护理在子宫肌瘤患者术前准备中的重要性。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月整理的80例子宫肌瘤患者档案，根据术前护理模式分为两组：观察组（常规术前护理，40例）和对照组（优质术前护理，40例）。比较两组患者术前心理状态（SAS、SDS评分）、术前生活质量评分及术前护理满意度，分析优质护理在患者术前准备阶段的效果差异。结果 对照组在术前心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度方面显著优于观察组（P<0.05）。接受优质护理的患者在术前心理干预及健康教育方面效果显著，焦虑和抑郁情绪明显减轻，术前信任度和配合度显著提高（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理在子宫肌瘤患者术前准备阶段表现出显著优势，能有效缓解患者心理压力，改善术前生活质量且提升对护理工作的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the importance of gynecological nursing in the preoperative preparation of patients with uterine fibroids.
Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids collected from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to preoperative nursing mode: observation group (routine preoperative nursing, 40 cases) and control group (quality preoperative nursing, 40 cases). The preoperative psychological state (SAS, SDS scores), preoperative quality of life scores and preoperative nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the effect difference of high-quality nursing in the preoperative preparation stage was analyzed.
Results The control group was significantly better than the observation group in preoperative psychological state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). The patients receiving high-quality nursing had significant effects on preoperative psychological intervention and health education, anxiety and depression were significantly reduced, and preoperative trust and cooperation were significantly increased (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing has significant advantages in the preoperative preparation stage of patients with uterine fibroids, which can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of patients, improve the preoperative quality of life and enhance the satisfaction of nursing work.
