Study on the nursing effect of operating room nursing intervention on patients with lumbar fractures undergoing posterior pedicle screw fixation surgery
手术室护理干预对行后路椎弓根螺钉内固定术腰椎骨折患者的护理效果研究

摘要

目的 探究行后路椎弓根螺钉内固定术腰椎骨折患者采用手术室护理干预的应用效果。方法 选取2023年7月至2024年7月50例在我院接受行后路椎弓根螺钉内固定术腰椎骨折患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（25例）和观察组（25例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用手术室护理干预。对比两组患者并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果 干预后，观察组的并发症发生情况明显低于对照组，患者满意度明显高于对照组。其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理干预对行后路椎弓根螺钉内固定术腰椎骨折患者护理效果显著。可以减少并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing intervention on patients with lumbar fracture undergoing posterior pedicle screw internal fixation.
Methods A total of 50 patients with lumbar fracture who underwent posterior pedicle screw internal fixation in our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (25 cases) and an observation group (25 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received operating room nursing intervention. The incidence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Operating room nursing intervention has a significant effect on the nursing of patients with lumbar fracture undergoing posterior pedicle screw internal fixation. It can reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
