人性化护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析人性化护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2023年6月至2024年6月在我院行下肢骨折手术的60例老年患者作为研究对象，依据随机化原则分为参考组和实验组，每组均包含30例，参考组接受常规手术室护理，实验组接受人性化手术室护理，对比两组的生活质量评分以及并发症发生率。结果 实验组的各项生活质量评分显著高于参考组（P<0.05）；实验组的并发症发生率显著低于参考组（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中具有显著的应用效果，不仅能有效提升患者的生活质量，还能显著降低并发症的发生率，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the operating room.
Methods Sixty elderly patients who underwent lower limb fracture surgery in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the randomization principle, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The reference group received routine operating room care, while the experimental group received humanized operating room care. The quality of life scores and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.
Results The quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized nursing has significant application effects in the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the operating room. It can not only effectively improve the quality of life of patients, but also significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and has high clinical promotion value.
