Application effect of staged cognitive behavioral intervention in perioperative care of glaucoma patients
青光眼患者围术期护理中阶段性认知行为干预的应用效果

摘要

目的 探究青光眼患者围术期护理中阶段性认知行为干预的应用效果。方法 本次研究患者的数量为80例，起始时间2023年4月份，截止时间2024年4月份，整个研究为期一年，患者分成两组，对照组与实验组，每组患者40例。对照组患者常规护理，实验组阶段性认知行为干预，评估两组患者的用药自我效能；健康行为以及用药依从性。结果 干预后，实验组患者用药自我效能评估优于对照组（P<0.05)，对比患者的健康行为，实验组患者显佳，p<0.05，实验组患者的用药依从性更高，p<0.05。结论 对青光眼患者围术期提供阶段性认知行为干预，可以提升患者的自我效能水平，提高患者的健康行为，促进患者用药依从性提升，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of staged cognitive behavioral intervention in perioperative care of glaucoma patients.
Methods The number of patients in this study was 80, starting from April 2023 and ending in April 2024. The entire study lasted for one year. The patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received staged cognitive behavioral intervention. The medication self-efficacy, health behavior and medication compliance of the two groups of patients were evaluated.
Results After intervention, the medication self-efficacy evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the health behavior of the patients, the experimental group was significantly better, p<0.05, and the medication compliance of the experimental group was higher, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing staged cognitive behavioral intervention to glaucoma patients during the perioperative period can improve patients' self-efficacy level, improve patients' health behavior, and promote patients' medication compliance, which is worth promoting.
