Application of Oreem self-care model in the care of patients after brain tumor
奥瑞姆自我护理模式在脑瘤术后病人护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 研究在脑瘤术后病人护理中开展奥瑞姆自我护理模式的应用效果。方法 本研究纳入了2023年10月至2024年10月期间在我院接受脑瘤手术治疗的40位患者。采用随机数字表法对这些患者进行了分组，形成了观察与对照两组，每组患者人数为20例，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组实施奥瑞姆自我护理模式，分析并对比两组获得的护理效果。结果 在护理管理质量方面，观察组评分高于对照组；患者的遵医行为以及自理能力方面，评分结果均优于对照组；患者焦虑程度更轻于对照组；术后并发症发生率低于对照组；术后疼痛程度与对照组相比减轻；最后，生活质量改善效果优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对脑瘤术后病人护理中开展奥瑞姆自我护理模式，可进一步提高临床护理质量，增强患者的遵医行为和自理能力，改善患者负性情绪，促进患者术后身体恢复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of self-care in brain tumor.
Methods This study included 40 patients who underwent brain tumor surgery in our hospital between October 2023 and October 2024. These patients were grouped by random number table method, forming two groups of observation and control, the number of patients in each group was 20, the patients in the control group received routine care, the observation group implemented the Orem self-care model, and analyzed and compared the nursing effect obtained by the two groups.
Results In terms of nursing management quality, the observation group scored higher than the control group; the patients were better than the control group; the patients were less anxious than the control group; the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the control group; the postoperative pain was reduced compared with the control group; finally, the improvement effect of quality of life was better than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The self-care mode in the postoperative care of brain tumors can further improve the quality of clinical care, enhance the patient's compliance behavior and self-care ability, improve the patient's negative mood, promote the patient's postoperative physical recovery, and improve the quality of life.
