Application of operating room nursing based on risk assessment and 4R crisis management in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery
基于风险评估及4R危机管理的手术室护理在胃肠道手术患者中的应用

摘要

目的 讨论及研究风险评估及4R危机管理下手术室护理在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2023年6月至2024年6月于我院治疗的80例患者为研究对象，随机分成对照组和试验组，每组40例患者，对照组：常规护理，试验组：风险评估及4R危机管理下手术室护理，分析两组患者在护理质量、并发症发生率以及生活质量的差异。结果 干预后，试验组患者的护理质量优于对照组，并发症的发生率低于对照组、生活质量高于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对于胃肠道手术患者而言，开展风险评估及4R危机管理下的手术室护理，可以提升患者的生活质量，降低并发症的产生，稳定患者的围术期指标，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and study the application effect of risk assessment and operating room nursing under 4R crisis management in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
Methods A total of 80 patients treated in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group: conventional care, the experimental group: operating room nursing under risk assessment and 4R crisis management, and the differences in nursing quality, complication rate and quality of life between the two groups were analyzed.
Results After intervention, the nursing quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   For patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery, operating room nursing under risk assessment and 4R crisis management can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and stabilize the perioperative indicators of patients, which is worth promoting.
