Analysis of the effectiveness of rapid rehabilitation neurosurgery nursing in improving the treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury
快速康复神经外科护理有效提高颅脑外伤患者的治疗效果分析

摘要

目的 分析颅脑外伤患者实施快速康复神经外科护理的治疗效果。方法 选取2023年7月至2024年4月在我院收治的78例颅脑外伤患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（39例）和观察组（39例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用快速康复神经外科护理。对比两组患者治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果 护理后，观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组，并发症发生率更低，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复神经外科护理有效提高颅脑外伤患者的治疗效果，降低并发症发生率，促进患者康复，值得在临床护理工作中积极推广。可以为颅脑外伤患者提供了更优质的护理服务，改善患者预后和生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of rapid rehabilitation neurosurgical nursing in patients with traumatic brain injury.
Methods 78 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (39 cases) and an observation group (39 cases), with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving rapid rehabilitation neurosurgery care. Compare the treatment outcomes and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation neurosurgery nursing effectively improves the treatment effect of patients with traumatic brain injury, reduces the incidence of complications, promotes patient recovery, and is worthy of active promotion in clinical nursing work. It can provide better nursing services for patients with traumatic brain injury, improve their prognosis and quality of life.
