Research on the improvement of emergency rescue effect of specialized hierarchical nursing on patients with cerebral infarction
专职化层级护理对脑梗死患者急诊抢救效果的提升研究

摘要

目的 探究脑梗死患者采用专职化层级护理对急诊抢救效果的提升。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年11月我院收治的脑梗死患者54例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用专职化层级护理。对比两组患者急诊抢救时间、住院时间、神经功能缺损评分、日常能力评分。结果 通过干预后，观察组急诊抢救时间、住院时间短于对照组，神经功能缺损评分低于对照组，日常能力评分高于对照组。其差异均有意义（P<0.05）。结论 专职化层级护理对脑梗死患者急诊抢救效果显著，能有效缩短急诊抢救时间和住院时间，改善患者的神经功能和日常生活能力。促进患者康复，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of specialized hierarchical nursing on emergency rescue in patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods 54 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received specialized hierarchical nursing care. Compare the emergency rescue time, hospitalization time, neurological deficit score, and daily ability score between two groups of patients.
Results After intervention, the emergency rescue time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the neurological deficit score was lower than that of the control group, and the daily ability score was higher than that of the control group. The differences were significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Specialized hierarchical nursing has a significant effect on emergency rescue of stroke patients, effectively shortening emergency rescue time and hospitalization time, improving patients' neurological function and daily living ability. Promoting patient recovery is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
