Effect of nutritional support on the quality of life of patients with high-volume stoma
营养支持对高排量造口患者生活质量影响

摘要

目的 分析营养支持对高排量造口患者生活质量影响。方法 选择我院护理胃肠科于2023年1月-2024年1月内收治的60例高排量造口患者为研究对象，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（30例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（30例，在对照组的基础上，增加营养支持），对两组患者的生活质量评分（躯体功能、社会功能、认知功能、物质生活状态）、心理状态（焦虑、抑郁）评分、营养状况（白蛋白、血红蛋白）、并发症发生率进行对比与评估。结果 观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的营养状况优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在对高排量造口患者实施营养支持可取得明显的效果，显著改善患者的负面情绪和营养状况，降低并发症发生率，提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional support on the quality of life of patients with high-volume stoma.
Methods A total of 60 patients with high-volume stoma admitted to the Department of Nursing Gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, conventional nursing methods) and an observation group (30 cases, nutritional support was added on the basis of the control group). The quality of life scores (physical function, social function, cognitive function, material life status), psychological state (anxiety, depression) scores, nutritional status (albumin, hemoglobin), and complication incidence of the two groups of patients were compared and evaluated.
Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nutritional support for patients with high-volume stoma can achieve significant results, significantly improve patients' negative emotions and nutritional status, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
