摘要
目的 分析压力性尿失禁(Stress Urinary Incontinence,SUI)经规范化盆底康复护理干预后的效果。方法选取时间点2023年6月-2024年8月收治的SUI患者120例，随机分为观察组(规范化盆底康复护理)和对照组(常规护理)各60例，对比效果。结果 观察组盆底肌肌力高于对照组，生活质量评分、尿失禁指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 规范化盆底康复护理可有效改善SUI患者的盆底肌肌力，提升生活质量，效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing intervention on stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods A total of 120 SUI patients admitted from June 2023 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing) and a control group (conventional nursing), 60 cases in each group, to compare the effects. Results The pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the quality of life score and urinary incontinence index were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life of SUI patients, with good results.
