The application effect of humanized nursing in improving the nursing quality of outpatient infusion center
人性化护理在提高门诊输液中心护理质量中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析在门诊输液中心实施人性化护理对护理质量的影响。方法 抽取2023年6月-2024年6月期间于本院门诊输液中心接受静脉输液治疗的患者60例，以随机数字表法分组，接受常规护理的患者为对照组，共30例，在此基础上，接受人性化护理的患者为观察组，共30例，对比护理质量评分、患者负性情绪评分[焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）]、护理不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理质量评分及护理满意度均比对照组高，该组患者经人性化护理后SAS、SDS评分以及护理不良事件发生率均比对照组低，（P＜0.05）。结论 对门诊输液中心接受静脉输液治疗的患者实施人性化护理可提高护理质量，降低护理不良事件发生风险，改善患者负性情绪，提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on nursing quality in outpatient infusion center.
Methods A total of 60 patients who received intravenous infusion treatment in the outpatient infusion center of our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into groups by random number table method. Patients who received routine nursing were the control group, with a total of 30 cases. On this basis, patients who received humanized nursing were the observation group, with a total of 30 cases. The nursing quality score, patient negative emotion score [self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS)], incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared.
Results The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The SAS, SDS scores and incidence of nursing adverse events of the patients in this group after humanized nursing were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized nursing for patients receiving intravenous infusion therapy in outpatient infusion centers can improve nursing quality, reduce the risk of adverse nursing events, improve patients' negative emotions, and increase nursing satisfaction.
