摘要
目的 探究分析多元化需求护理联合细化护理对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤患者干预的效果。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年1月，对象：接受腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤手术的患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用多元化需求护理联合细化护理，对比两组疼痛程度；心理状态以及满意度。结果 干预前两组VAS评分、SDS评分以及SAS评分对比无统计学意义，P＞0.05，干预后观察组VAS评分、SDS评分以及SAS评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。观察组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 多元化需求护理联合细化护理可显著改善患者疼痛程度，心理状态以及满意度，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of diversified demand nursing combined with detailed nursing on patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids. Methods Time: January 2023 to January 2024, Subjects: A total of 102 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroids were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received diversified demand nursing combined with detailed nursing. The pain degree, psychological state and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in VAS, SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05). After intervention, the VAS, SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Diversified demand nursing combined with detailed nursing can significantly improve patients' pain level, psychological state and satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
