Effect of continuous humanistic nursing on postoperative recovery and re-visit rate of patients with acute appendicitis under nursing information mode
护理信息化模式下持续人文护理对急性阑尾炎患者术后恢复及再次就诊率的影响

摘要

目的 探讨护理信息化模式下持续性人文护理对急性阑尾炎患者术后康复进程及复诊率的具体影响。方法 选取我院70例接受急性阑尾炎切除术的患者，通过随机分配的方式，分为对照组（35例，实施常规护理措施）与研究组（35例，采纳护理信息化模式下持续人文护理）。随后，对两组的护理成效进行系统性收集、分析并对比。结果 相较于对照组，研究组患者的疼痛评估分数明显降低，且其复诊率也呈现显著下降趋势，差异均具备统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 对于接受急性阑尾炎切除手术的患者，实施基于护理信息化的持续人文护理模式，能够有效减轻其疼痛程度，并显著降低再次就医的比率，展现出更为优越的护理成效。

Abstract

Objective To explore the specific effects of continuous humanistic nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation process and re-examination rate of patients with acute appendicitis under the nursing informationization model.
Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent acute appendectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (35 cases, implemented conventional nursing measures) and a study group (35 cases, adopted continuous humanistic nursing under the nursing informationization model). Subsequently, the nursing outcomes of the two groups were systematically collected, analyzed, and compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the pain assessment scores of the patients in the study group were significantly reduced, and their re-examination rate also showed a significant downward trend, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients undergoing acute appendectomy, the implementation of a continuous humanistic nursing model based on nursing informationization can effectively alleviate their pain and significantly reduce the rate of re-doctoring, showing superior nursing results.
