眼科病房护理应用风险管理的作用与效果

摘要

目的 分析眼科病房护理应用风险管理的作用与效果。方法 本次研究纳入2023年1月-2024年1月我院100例眼科患者作为研究对象，判定符合纳入标准后，将患者入组，分别纳入研究组（50例）及参照组（50例），参照组开展常规护理、研究组开展风险管理，针对性统计两组风险发生率、护理质量评分、患者满意度，将所得数据统计并进行组间对比，同时进行统计学检验。结果 本次研究结果显示，两组风险发生率，研究组发生率较少，参照组偏高；护理质量评分研究组高于参照组；患者满意度，总满意率研究组高于参照组；两组数据见明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 眼科病房护理应用风险管理具有降低风险发生率、提高护理质量、增强患者满意度的作用，应用效果理想，建议推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role and effect of risk management in nursing application of ophthalmic wards.
Methods This study included 100 ophthalmic patients in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 as research subjects. After being determined to meet the inclusion criteria, the patients were enrolled in the study group (50 cases) and the reference group (50 cases). The reference group carried out routine nursing and the study group carried out risk management. The risk incidence rate, nursing quality score, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. The obtained data were statistically analyzed and compared between the groups, and statistical tests were performed at the same time.
Results The results of this study showed that the risk incidence rate of the two groups was lower in the study group and higher in the reference group; the nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group; the patient satisfaction rate, the total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group; the data of the two groups showed significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of risk management in nursing application of ophthalmic wards has the effect of reducing the risk incidence rate, improving the quality of nursing, and enhancing patient satisfaction. The application effect is ideal and it is recommended to promote its application.
