护理工作在控制医院感染管理中的价值研究

摘要

目的 分析护理工作在控制医院感染管理中的价值研究。方法 选择在我院2023年1月-2024年1月内接受治疗的100例患者为研究对象，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规护理管理）和观察组（50例，采取规范化护理管理），对两组的心理状态（焦虑评分、抑郁）评分、医院感染发生率、健康知识掌握（医院感染知识、疾病知识、治疗与康复知识、护理管理知识）评分及护理满意度进行对比与评估。结果 观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的医院感染发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的医院感染知识、疾病知识、治疗与康复知识、护理管理知识等健康知识掌握评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在控制医院感染管理中实施规范化护理管理可取得明显的治疗效果，显著改善患者的负面情绪，降低医院感染发生率，增加对健康知识的掌握，提高护理满意度，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of nursing work in controlling hospital infection management.
Methods A total of 100 patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, conventional nursing management) and an observation group (50 cases, standardized nursing management). The psychological state (anxiety score, depression) score, hospital infection incidence, health knowledge mastery (hospital infection knowledge, disease knowledge, treatment and rehabilitation knowledge, nursing management knowledge) score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and evaluated.
Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of health knowledge mastery such as hospital infection knowledge, disease knowledge, treatment and rehabilitation knowledge, and nursing management knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of standardized nursing management in the control of hospital infection management can achieve significant therapeutic effects, significantly improve patients' negative emotions, reduce the incidence of hospital infection, increase their mastery of health knowledge, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
