摘要
目的 分析风险防范护理管理在胃肠外科患者中的应用效果。方法 本次研究患者的数量为80例，起始时间2023年4月份，截止时间2024年4月份，整个研究为期一年，分成对照组和实验组，每组40例，对照组常规护理，实验组风险防范护理，分析两组护理质量，不良事件发生率以及患者的护理满意度。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，实验组患者的护理质量高于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者的不良事件发生率，实验组低于对照组，P<0.05，评估患者的护理满意度，实验组患者高于对照组，p<0.05。结论 在胃肠外科开展风险防范护理管理，可以提升患者的护理质量，降低不良事件的发生率，提升患者的护理满意度，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of risk prevention nursing management on patients with gastrointestinal surgery. Methods The number of patients in this study was 80, starting from April 2023 and ending in April 2024. The whole study lasted for one year and was divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received risk prevention care. The nursing quality, adverse event incidence, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results After different nursing measures were provided to the two groups of patients, the nursing quality of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, p<0.05. The incidence of adverse events in the patients was analyzed, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, P<0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the patients was evaluated, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Carrying out risk prevention nursing management in gastrointestinal surgery can improve the nursing quality of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worth promoting.
