Effect of full-course nursing on neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing endovascular interventional treatment
全程护理对急性脑梗死血管内介入治疗患者神经功能的影响

摘要

目的 讨论及研究全程护理对急性脑梗死血管内介入治疗患者神经功能的影响。方法 选择我院在2023年7月份至2024年6月于我院进行介入治疗的80例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组患者常规护理，实验组全程护理，分析两组患者护理前后的神经功能；遵医行为。结果 护理前，两组患者的神经功能评分不具有统计学意义，p>0.05，护理后，实验组患者神经功能评分优于对照组，p<0.05，具有统计学意义；实验组患者的遵医行为优于对照组，p<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 对急性脑梗死血管内介入治疗患者提供全程护理，可以改善患者的神经功能，提升患者的遵医行为，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and study the effect of full-course nursing on neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing endovascular interventional treatment.
Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent interventional treatment in our hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received full-course nursing. The neurological function of the two groups of patients before and after nursing was analyzed; compliance with medical treatment.
Results Before nursing, the neurological function scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant, p>0.05. After nursing, the neurological function scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05, which was statistically significant; the compliance with medical treatment of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   Providing full-course nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing endovascular interventional treatment can improve the patients' neurological function and enhance their compliance with medical treatment, which is worth promoting.
