优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探究冠心病护理服务中采用优质护理的应用效果。方法 选取2023年3月～2024年3月我院接诊冠心病患者60例参与分析，以随机抽签法分组，研究组予以优质护理，对照组采用常规护理，每组人数30例，分析不同护理模式下舒适评分、情绪评分、满意度。结果 研究组舒适评分比较对照组更高，P＜0.05，组间有统计学意义，研究组情绪评分比较对照组较低，P＜0.05，组间有统计学意义，研究组满意度比较对照组更高，P＜0.05，组间有统计学意义。结论 优质护理在冠心病患者护理中效果显著，能改善患者情绪状态，提高护理满意度，提升患者身心舒适水平，避免患者持续受到疾病影响，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in coronary heart disease nursing services.
Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected for analysis. They were randomly divided into two groups. The research group was given high-quality nursing, and the control group was given conventional nursing. There were 30 cases in each group. The effects of different nursing on the quality of life of the patients were analyzed. Comfort score, emotion score, and satisfaction score in each mode.
Results The comfort score of the research group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05, and there was statistical significance between the two groups. The emotion score of the research group was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05, and there was statistical significance between the two groups. The satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group. Higher, P < 0.05, there was statistical significance between the two groups.
Conclusion   High-quality nursing has a significant effect on the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease. It can improve the emotional state of patients, increase nursing satisfaction, enhance the physical and mental comfort level of patients, and prevent patients from being continuously affected by the disease. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
