Analysis and discussion on the clinical value of strengthening nursing risk management in respiratory medicine nursing
强化护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的临床价值分析与探讨

摘要

目的 探讨分析在呼吸内科临床护理中，应用强化护理风险管理的价值。方法 以2023年12月到2024年8月为时间节点，在呼吸内科中选择120例患者临床资料，随机分为两个组别，分别是对照组和观察组，每组均为60例患者，对照组采用常规护理管理，观察组实施强化护理风险管理，分别统计两组的护理结果进行对比分析。结果 观察组护理后不良事件发生率显著降低，护理管理工作质量明显提高，与对照组相比差异为（P<0.05）。结论 在呼吸内科护理中运用强化护理风险管理，有助于促进护理工作人员各项护理专业能力的提升，护理人员护理工作质量提高的同时，能更好地预防和降低各种不良事件的发生，该护理管理模式值得在临床推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the value of strengthening nursing risk management in clinical nursing of respiratory medicine department.
Methods From December 2023 to August 2024, 120 patients with clinical data were selected in the Department of Respiratory Medicine and randomly divided into two groups, a control group and an observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing management, and the observation group implemented enhanced nursing risk management. The nursing results of the two groups were statistically analyzed for comparison.
Results The incidence of adverse events after nursing in the observation group was significantly reduced, and the quality of nursing management was significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of enhanced nursing risk management in respiratory medicine nursing can help improve the nursing professional capabilities of nursing staff. While improving the quality of nursing work of nursing staff, it can better prevent and reduce the occurrence of various adverse events. This nursing management model is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
