Effect of functional rehabilitation-centered nursing model on patients with acute ischemic stroke after mechanical thrombectomy
以功能康复为核心的护理模式在急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓术后患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 验证考察以功能康复为核心的护理模式在缺血性脑卒中（AIS）机械取栓患者中的影响效果。方法 以当量电脑随机法，将2022年11月至2023年11月间院内收治的70例AIS机械取栓患者划分为两个对比小组，每组安排（n=35）；各自命名为参照组与研究组，前者：执行常规护理；后者：执行常规护理+以功能康复为核心的护理服务模式，随之收集整理临床资料和相关数据，评价干预效果。结果 实验开展结束后，统计学分析后发现，两组收获效果差异显著，研究组更优，P＜0.05。具体可见如下方面：神经功能、肢体功能、认知功能、日常生活能力、并发症发生率。结论 以功能康复为核心护理服务方案的融入，一方面能有效减轻AIS患者神经功能损伤，降低并发症发生率，促进患者肢体、认知功能恢复，另一方面还可显著提高患者生活能力，值得肯定和推广。

Abstract

Objective To verify and investigate the effect of a nursing model centered on functional rehabilitation in patients with ischemic stroke (AIS) undergoing mechanical thrombectomy.
Methods A total of 70 patients with AIS who underwent mechanical thrombectomy in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were divided into two control groups by computer randomization, with 35 patients in each group (n=35); each group was named the reference group and the control group. The research group: the former: implemented routine care; the latter: implemented routine care + nursing service model with functional rehabilitation as the core, and then collected and organized clinical information and related data to evaluate the intervention effect.
Results After the experiment was carried out, statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the harvest effect between the two groups, with the research group being better, P < 0.05. Specifically, it can be seen in the following aspects: neurological function, limb function, cognitive function, daily living ability, and incidence of complications.
Conclusion   The integration of functional rehabilitation as the core nursing service program can effectively reduce the neurological damage of AIS patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the recovery of patients' limb and cognitive functions. On the other hand, it can also significantly improve patients' living ability. Worthy of recognition and promotion.
