摘要
目的 观察分析案名教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)联合案例式立体教学法(case three-dimensional teaching method,CTTM)在肛肠外科护理带教中的应用效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,选择院内接受培训的60名护理实习生(样本纳入名数:60名;样本纳入时间:2022年5月至2023年5月),以随机摸球为基础分组方式,分为对照、实验两个小组,观察名数高度一致。分别实施常规教学,CBL联合CTTM教学。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组(常规教学)相比,实验组(CBL联合CTTM教学)教学后的护理实习生的考核成绩(实际操作/理论/病例分析题/简答题/客观题)更高,学习能力(交流合作能力/获取和处理信息/自我调节和监测/制定学习目标和计划/学习信念/自我动机)更高,综合能力(操作技术/护理流程/服务态度/应急反应)更高,(P<0.05)。结论 CBL联合CTTM教学可以有效促进护理实习生学习能力提高,从而提升考核成绩,提升综合能力,有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective Observation and analysis of the application effect and value of Case Based Learning (CBL) combined with Case Three Dimensional Teaching Methods (CTTM) in nursing teaching for colorectal surgery. Method: Using a retrospective research method, 60 nursing interns were selected for in-hospital internships(sample size: 60; sample size: May 2022 to May 2023). They were randomly divided into control and experimental groups based on ball touching, and the number of participants was highly consistent. Implement regular teaching separately, CBL combined with CTTM teaching. Collect and analyze nursing outcomes. Results Compared with the control group (conventional teaching), the experimental group (CBL combined with CTTM teaching) had higher assessment scores (practical operation/theory/case analysis questions/short answer questions/objective questions), higher learning abilities (communication and cooperation ability/information acquisition and processing/self-regulation and monitoring/setting learning goals and plans/learning beliefs/self motivation), and higher comprehensive abilities (operational skills/nursing processes/service attitude/emergen-cy response) for nursing interns after teaching (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of CBL and CTTM teaching can effectively promote the improvement of nursing interns' learning abilities, thereby enhancing their assessment scores and overall abilities, and has high practical value.
