摘要
目的 分析预防接种门诊护士培训中的模块式教学法的应用价值。方法 选择2019年1月-2020年1月预防接种门诊护士30名,均采取常规培训方法,设定为对照组。选择2022年1月-2023年1月预防接种门诊护士30名,均采取模块式教学法,设定为观察组。对比两组培训效果。结果 观察组理论考试成绩和技能考试成绩明显高于对照组;观察组自主学习能力明显高于对照组;观察组综合能力明显高于对照组;观察组对培训教学方法满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)为差异显著,有统计学意义。结论 预防接种门诊护士培训中的模块式教学法的应用效果较佳,能够提高自主学习能力,提高综合能力,并且对此教学方法十分满意,值得推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of modular teaching method in the training of outpatient nurses in vaccination. Methods A total of 30 outpatient nurses for vaccination from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected, and all of them were set as the control group by conventional training methods. A total of 30 outpatient nurses for vaccination from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected, all of whom adopted a modular teaching method and were set as observation groups. Compare the training effects between the two groups. Results The theoretical test scores and skill test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The self-learning ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The comprehensive ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The satisfaction of the observation group with the training and teaching methods was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion The modular teaching method in the training of vaccination clinic nurses has a good application effect, which can improve the self-learning ability and comprehensive ability, and the teaching method is very satisfactory and worthy of popularization and application.
