摘要
目的 观察胫腓骨骨折患者临床护理阶段，应用快速康复护理路径对患者康复效果带来的积极影响。方法 时间以2022.5-2024.5为节点，对象均为胫腓骨骨折患者，将80例患者作为观察对象，并分成对照组（40例）和观察组（40例）。两组分别采用常规护理和快速康复护理路径，将两组护理成效进行比较，详细分析最佳的护理模式的应用优势。结果 观察组患者术后康复情况更好，能显著缩短患者下床活动、骨折愈合和住院时间（P＜0.05）。患者术后不同时段疼痛程度缓解明显，护理后生活质量显著提高，与对照组相比均为更好（P＜0.05）。结论 采用快速康复护理路径，可改善胫腓骨骨折患者的预后情况，提升康复速度和生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To observe the positive effects of clinical rehabilitation and the rehabilitation effect on the patients. Methods The time took 2022.5-2024.5 as the node, for all patients with tibial and fibula fracture, 80 patients were taken as the observation objects, and divided into control group (40 patients) and observation group (40 patients). The two groups used the routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing path to compare the nursing effectiveness of the two groups, and analyze the application advantages of the best nursing mode in detail. Results Patients in the observation group had better postoperative recovery, significantly shortening their ambulation, fracture healing, and hospital stay (P <0.05). The pain was relieved significantly at different periods after surgery, and the quality of life after care was improved significantly, which was better compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing path can improve the prognosis of the patients and improve the rehabilitation speed and quality of life.
