摘要
目的 分析心理护理与康复训练联合应用对突发性耳聋患者生活质量的改善效果。方法 选取本科室收治的突聋患者 80 例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 40 例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理联合康复训练。比较两组患者的治疗效果、心理状态及生活质量。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理联合康复训练可提高突聋患者的治疗效果,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract
Objective Analyze the improvement effect of combined application of psychological nursing and rehabilitation training on the quality of life of patients with sudden deafness. Methods 80 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our department were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received psychological care combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of routine care. Compare the treatment efficacy, psychological state, and quality of life between two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and rehabilitation training can improve the treatment effect of sudden deafness patients, enhance their psychological state, and improve their quality of life.
