案例式立体教学法联合翻转课堂在妇产科护理教学中的研究

摘要

目的 探讨在妇产科护理教学中采取联合教学法(案例式立体教学法/CTTM+翻转课堂)的应用价值。方法 选取2023年1月-2023年12月在本院妇产科规范化培训护士工作30名,通过随机抽签法分组,联合组(CTTM+翻转课堂教学法,15名),对照组(常规临床教学法,15名)。对比两组护士教学后的考核成绩、护士个人能力、护士对带教模式的满意程度。结果 联合组的考核成绩(理论知识、临床实践、病历书写、护患沟通)、护士个人能力(自主学习、解决问题、交流表达、医护合作)、护士对带教模式满意度均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 在妇产科临床护理教学中采取CTTM与翻转课堂联合教学法能够显著提高教学质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of the combined teaching method (case-based three-dimensional teaching method /CTTM+ flipped classroom) in the nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
Methods Thirty standardized training nurses working in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the combined group (CTTM+ flipped classroom teaching method, 15 nurses) and the control group (conventional clinical teaching method, 15 nurses) by random drawing method. The assessment results, personal ability and satisfaction of the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.
Results The assessment scores (theoretical knowledge, clinical practice, medical record writing, nurse-patient communication), nurses' personal ability (self-learning, problem solving, communication and expression, medical cooperation) and nurses' satisfaction with teaching mode in the combined group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The combined teaching method of CTTM and flipped classroom can significantly improve the teaching quality in obstetrics and gynecology clinical nursing teaching.
