耳穴埋籽和中药熏药对膝痹的治疗

摘要

目的 分析对膝痹采用耳穴埋籽和中药熏药治疗的临床效果，目的是与西医治疗对比，判定中医治疗的安全性及有效性。方法 以2023年1月-2024年1月我院接诊的膝痹患者80例作为研究对象，患者经判定均符合纳入标准，故积极进行治疗，并根据临床治疗方法将患者分组，采用常规西医治疗患者分入参照组（40例），采用耳穴埋籽和中药熏药治疗患者分入研究组（40例），观察治疗效果，统计患者治疗有效率、患者不良反应、患者临床指标、患者满意度各项数据，以此判定治疗有效性。结果 经数据统计，并两组对比，治疗总有效率研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）；不良反应发生率研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者膝关节功能评分、疼痛评分、、Ｃ-反应蛋白、血沉、定血清中炎症因子白细胞介素-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α各项临床指标研究组由于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者总满意率研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对膝痹采用耳穴埋籽和中药熏药治疗的临床效果显著，可提升患者临床治疗有效性，减少并发症，降低血清脂联素水平，控制炎性反应，增强患者满意度，应用效果理想，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ear point seed burying and Chinese medicine fumigation treatment for knee impediment, the purpose is to compare with western medicine treatment, and judge the safety and effectiveness of Chinese medicine treatment.
Methods A total of 80 patients with knee arthralgia treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects. All patients were judged to meet the inclusion criteria, so treatment was actively carried out and patients were divided into the reference group (40 cases) according to clinical treatment methods. Patients treated with auricular-point seeding and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation were divided into the study group (40 cases), and the therapeutic effect was observed, and the therapeutic effectiveness, adverse reactions, clinical indicators and satisfaction of patients were counted to determine the effectiveness of treatment.
Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in reference group (P < 0.05). The clinical indexes of knee joint function score, pain score, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte level, serum inflammatory factor interleukin-1, tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were compared with the reference group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The treatment of knee arthralgia by embedding seed in ear point and fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine has significant clinical effect, which can improve clinical treatment effectiveness, reduce complications, reduce serum adiponectin level, control inflammatory response, and enhance patient satisfaction. The application effect is ideal, and it is worth popularizing.
