Effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing after cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint
膝关节交叉韧带重建术后系统康复护理的效果

摘要

目的 分析在膝关节交叉韧带重建术后开展系统康复护理的应用效果。方法 随机筛选2023年5月至2024年5月期间医院收治的膝关节交叉韧带重建术患者80例，将所有患者采取分组护理研究，分组方式为随机数字表法，共分成观察组与对照组，每组患者的人数为40例，对照组患者治疗期间给予常规护理，观察组患者则实施系统康复护理，将两种护理模式最终获得的临床效果进行对比分析。结果 观察组的护理服务质量以及患者依从性同对照组相比均已得到显著提升，术后患者疼痛程度轻于对照组，发生的并发症少于对照组，最终患者的膝关节功能恢复效果与对照组相比占优势，患者的生活活动能力与生活质量评分均高于对照组，(P＜0.05)。结论 对膝关节交叉韧带重建术患者开展系统康复护理，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量，改善患者的负性情绪，提高患者的依从性，减轻患者术后的疼痛程度，减少并发症发生，提高患者膝关节功能恢复效果以及生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing after cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint.
Methods 80 patients with cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint admitted to the hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were randomly selected, and all patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care during treatment. Patients in the observation group were given systematic rehabilitation nursing, and the final clinical effects of the two nursing modes were compared and analyzed.
Results The nursing service quality and patient compliance of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The postoperative pain degree of the patients was less than that of the control group, and the complications occurred less than that of the control group. The final knee function recovery effect of the patients was better than that of the control group, and the scores of the patients' activities of life and quality of life were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Systematic rehabilitation nursing for patients with cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint can further improve the quality of clinical nursing service, improve patients' negative emotions, improve patients' compliance, reduce patients' postoperative pain, reduce complications, and improve the effect of knee joint functional recovery and quality of life.
