The effect of focal psychological care on negative emotions in patients undergoing ocular trauma surgery
焦点式心理护理对眼外伤手术患者负性情绪的影响

摘要

目的 探究在老年肿瘤疼痛患者中应用癌痛规范化护理的临床价值。方法 抽取2022年6月至2024年5月期间我院收治的眼外伤手术患者68例为研究对象，基于随机信封法分组，分别为对照组（n=34例，接受常规围术期护理）和试验组（n=34例，接受焦点式心理护理）。对比指标：焦虑抑郁改善程度评分、生活质量评分以及患者护理满意度。结果 干预后两组患者不良情绪评分均有所改善，其中试验组焦虑、抑郁评分比对照组更低（P＜0.05）；但在干预之前，两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分对比差距不显著（P＞0.05）；两组患者在接受干预后，试验组社会、情绪、精神、躯体功能生活质量评分远远高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理满意度相比较，对照组护理满意度与试验组有一定差距（P＜0.05）。结论 在眼外伤手术患者护理中运用焦点式心理护理模式更有利于缓解患者紧张、恐惧等负性情绪，改善预后生活品质，增强护理满意效果，护理模式值得推崇。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of applying standardized cancer pain care in elderly patients with cancer pain.
Methods 68 patients with ocular trauma surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to May 2024 were selected as study subjects, based on randomization envelope method, control group (n=34 patients, receiving routine perioperative care) and trial group (n=34 patients, receiving focal psychological care). Comparast: anxiety and depression improvement score, quality of life score, and patient satisfaction with care.
Results After the intervention, the adverse mood scores of the two groups improved, and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05); however, the difference between the two groups was not significant (P> 0.05) 00; after the intervention, the social, emotional, mental and physical function scores of the test group were much higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); compared with the two groups, the control group and the test group were different (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The use of focal psychological nursing mode in the nursing of patients with eye trauma surgery is more conducive to relieving the negative emotions such as tension and fear, improving the quality of life, and enhancing the satisfactory effect of nursing. The nursing mode is worthy of praise.
