Effect of psychological nursing on psychological status and sleep quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis surgery
心理护理对阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者心理状况、睡眠质量影响分析

摘要

目的 阑尾炎腹腔镜手术是常见的小型外科手术，但围手术期间患者往往会出现紧张、恐惧、焦虑等负面情绪，影响患者预后，因此本文探析心理护理对阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者心理状况、睡眠质量影响。方法 此次选取2023年1月-2024年1月期间采取腹腔镜手术治疗的66例阑尾炎患者进行研究，根据围手术期间不同的护理措施将所有患者平均分为对照组（常规围手术期护理）和观察组（加强心理护理干预），对比两组患者临床应用效果。结果 观察组患者心理状况、治疗依从性、护理满意度以及生命质量和睡眠质量评分均优于对照组，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 心理护理在阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者中的应用是极其重要的，不仅能改善患者的心理状态，提升他们对手术的信心，还能直接促进睡眠质量的提升，从而加快康复进程，值得进行临床大力地推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective Laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis is a common small surgical operation, but during perioperative period, patients often have negative emotions such as tension, fear and anxiety, which affect the prognosis of patients. Therefore, this paper analyzes the impact of psychological nursing on the psychological status and sleep quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis.
Methods A total of 66 patients with appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected for this study. According to different perioperative nursing measures, all patients were divided into control group (routine perioperative nursing) and observation group (enhanced psychological nursing intervention) on average, and the clinical application effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The psychological status, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction, quality of life and sleep quality of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and P < 0.05 indicated that there was comparative significance.
Conclusion   The application of psychological nursing in patients with laparoscopic appendicitis surgery is extremely important, which can not only improve the psychological state of patients, enhance their confidence in surgery, but also directly promote the improvement of sleep quality, so as to speed up the rehabilitation process, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
