疼痛护理教学中持续质量改进教学法的效果评价

摘要

目的 评价疼痛护理教学中持续质量改进教学法的效果。方法 选择在我院疼痛科实习的护生80例,将其按照随机分组方法分为对照组(40例,使用传统教学法)和试验组(40例,使用持续质量改进教学法),对两组的教学效果进行收集和分析对比。结果 试验组的专业考核成绩得分明显高于对照组,且试验组对教学的满意度也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 持续质量改进教学法可以使实习护生熟练掌握疼痛护理的理论知识,提高实习护生的疼痛护理能力,有较高的应用效果。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous quality improvement teaching method in pain nursing teaching.
Methods 80 nursing students practicing in the pain department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group (40 cases, using the traditional teaching method) and experimental group (40 cases, using the continuous quality improvement method). The teaching effects of the two groups were collected, analyzed and compared.
Results The score of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of teaching in the test group was also higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The continuous quality improvement teaching method can make the trainee nursing students master the theoretical knowledge of pain nursing, improve their pain nursing ability, and have a high application effect.
