Application of failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management in nursing management of hepatobiliary surgery
失效模式及效应分析联合PDCA循环管理在肝胆外科护理管理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析和研究在肝胆外科护理管理中应用失效模式及效应分析联合PDCA循环管理对提升护理质量起到的效果和作用。方法 本次实验时间为2023年2月至2024年2月，实验对象为该时间段在本院肝胆外科实施治疗的80例患者，将其按照入院治疗先后顺序分为人数相同的两个小组，先进入医院进行治疗的40例患者纳入对照组，实施常规护理管理模式，后进入医院治疗的40例患者实施失效模式及效应分析联合PDCA循环管理方式，之后对两组患者护理合格率及满意度进行对比和分析。结果 对比实验数据可以得知观察，观察组患者护理合格率、投诉概率、差错事件发生率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者对护理服务持有满意态度的人数占比95%，对照组为80%，差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 将失效模式及效应分析联合PDCA循环管理应用在肝胆外科护理管理中能够实现该科室护理质量的提升，并较大程度降低差错事件发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect of failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management on improving nursing quality in hepatobiliary surgery nursing management.
Methods The experimental period is from February 2023 to February 2024. The experimental subjects are 80 patients who received treatment in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital during this period, and they are divided into two groups with the same number of people according to the order of admission treatment. 40 patients who first entered the hospital for treatment are included in the control group, and routine nursing management mode is implemented. Failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management were performed on 40 patients admitted to the hospital after treatment, and then the nursing qualification rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the experimental data, it can be seen that the nursing qualification rate, complaint probability and incidence of error events of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The number of patients in the observation group who were satisfied with nursing services accounted for 95%, and that in the control group was 80%, the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management in the nursing management of hepatobiliary surgery can improve the nursing quality of the department and reduce the occurrence of error events to a large extent.
