Value analysis of continuity of care on WeChat platform in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer
微信平台的延续性护理在卵巢癌术后患者中的价值分析

摘要

目的 分析微信平台的延续性护理在卵巢癌术后患者中的价值。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2024年1月期间收治的卵巢癌术后患者100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（50例，采取基于微信平台的延续性护理方法），对两组的临床护理效果，如患者护理满意度、并发症发生率、心理状态评分以及生活质量评分进行比对和评估。结果 观察组患者的并发症发生率、心理状态评分均低于对照组。观察组患者的护理满意度和生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对卵巢癌术后患者实施微信平台的延续性护理取得明显的效果，可显著提高患者护理满意度和生活质量，降低并发症发生率，改善心理状态，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of continuous care on wechat platform in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer.
Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group (50 cases, conventional nursing methods) and observation group (50 cases, continuous nursing methods based on wechat platform). The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed. Such as patient care satisfaction, complication rate, psychological status score and quality of life score were compared and evaluated.
Results The complication rate and psychological status score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of wechat continuous nursing for patients with ovarian cancer after surgery has achieved obvious results, which can significantly improve patients' nursing satisfaction and quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve psychological state, and has high application value.
